Shipping Policy

All domestic (U.S.) orders are sent via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Greeting card orders of 4 or fewer cards will be sent in a rigid envelope with first class stamps, and are therefore not trackable. All other orders include tracking information that will be sent to you when you order is prepared for shipping. Sometimes the shipping calculator comes up with odd prices, so if the shipping cost seems high, drop me a note with your requested item(s) and your shipping address and I'll give you an exact cost.

If your order requires alternative shipping methods, or if you are local to NYC and would prefer pickup or delivery, please contact me.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because the pieces included in Odd Duck Gallery are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your order has any issues with damage, however, I will be happy to reconcile the matter. Any damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

​

If you are purchasing a piece to gift and are unsure what item the recipient would like, a gift certificate is a great way to make sure the recipient is happy!
